Nature heals the mind by taking us out of negative thoughts and giving us a feeling of calm. Seeking for a stronger connection in the everyday busy life, we at Caresse applied old and proven methods in the field of phytotherapy and created three innovative recipes for calming tea. A careful selection of the purest medicinal herbs, synergetic in terms of properties and good taste.

We strive to achieve prevention in a natural way in relation to various symptoms from a psychological point of view like nervousness, tension, stress and anxiety.
The ritual of drinking tea is a fine way to improve emotional and physical health. A mindful moment that helps us slow down, become present and practice self-care.

Caresse tea ritual 

First, find a place where you feel comfortable. Make sure you have put your phone or any devices  away. Sip your tea according to the time of the day. Then let  your mind be your guide. Follow your senses and take your time. It doesn’t matter how far you go. Savour the natural aroma of the herbs and relax. Live the present moment.  This is the path to inner peace and harmony within yourself.

Spending time in nature, or just watching images  of it, is known to have a positive effect on our mental health. It’s been shown to lower stress, find balance and rejuvenate mind and body. We’ve all felt the revitalising effects of a walk in the forest, a trip to the lake, or even walking down a leafy street on our way home. Nature heals the mind by taking us out of negative thoughts and giving us a feeling of calm. Exposure to nature causes the feeling of bliss and serenity. But does your daily routine give any experience of nature? Particularly in an urban environment?
This is the story of Christine – a busy mother who was searching to rediscover her inner strength, let go of stress and achieve a healthy and joyful life. Understanding the needs and wanting a stronger connection to nature, Christine intuitively found a solution by applying old and proven methods in the field of phytotherapy. She began to use medicinal herbs to reduce stress, anxiety and improve her quality of life. The feelings and effects of a balanced mood, positive mindset and harmony with nature, led to the creation of Caresse.
