SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Orders are processed the day after their registration. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday are processed the next working day.
For international orders, delivery times vary from 4 to 12 days depending on the country.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. A third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. The shipping fees depend on the destination country selected and the weight of the parcel (or the volumetric weight for certain destinations).

EU Shipping Fees

With deliveries in EU, shipping costs are free for any orders over 60 €.  For all orders of an amount less than 60 €, delivery costs are the following:

Standard 3-5 business days                                                   Express 24 h

6 €                                                                                                     10  €

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free delivery for any order over 80 € without custom fees.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. However, if a defect is discovered. Please contact christine@caresseworld.com  for assistance.
